Christian Sauder, PTA, Physical Therapy Assistant
Christian is a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant at Preferred Physical Therapy Centers with extensive experience treating orthopedic conditions, chronic pain, and post-operative rehabilitation. With a background in both skilled nursing and outpatient rehabilitation, he provides individualized, evidence-based care focused on helping patients restore mobility, rebuild strength, and return to the activities they enjoy most.
Known for his compassionate and hands-on approach, Christian works closely with each patient to create engaging, goal-oriented treatment sessions that support long-term recovery and functional success. He is passionate about helping patients feel confident and motivated throughout every stage of their rehabilitation journey.
Christian takes an active, movement-focused approach to therapy and incorporates practical exercise strategies into his treatment sessions. As an avid runner, cyclist, basketball player, and strength training enthusiast, he uses his personal fitness background to connect with patients and encourage healthy, sustainable movement habits both inside and outside the clinic.
Outside of work, Christian enjoys spending time with his family and staying active in his community. He remains committed to delivering high-quality physical therapy care that improves quality of life and empowers patients to achieve lasting results.
