We started Concierge PT Services in 2022 for our Vertigo patients and will be rolling these services out for all diagnoses in the not too distant future.
Below is a summary of what our Concierge Vertigo patients are entitled to:
VIP Concierge Services in Deerfield Beach, FL for Vertigo include:
➢ Initial evaluation – a diligent effort will be made for VIP members to be evaluated within 1-2 business days of making a request (a Doctor’s script may be required based on the patient’s insurance); for emergency vertigo treatments (once the evaluation is complete), a diligent effort will be made to see the patient on the same day.
➢ VIP membership includes two (2) after-hour/weekend Vestibular Treatment Sessions (a $700 value) per year.
➢ VIP members will enjoy personal coordination of care with any related vertigo specialists or ancillary providers (for example: ENT, audiologist, PCP) on the Program Member’s behalf to carry out any plans of care or treatment recommended by the vestibular therapist.
➢ VIP members will enjoy priority peak time scheduling (8:00am -3:00pm) and diligent efforts will be made by the staff at Preferred Physical Therapy, for the Program Member to be treated within 5 minutes of the scheduled appointment time – treatment sessions will be 30-60 minutes depending on specifics on the day treated.
➢ VIP members will enjoy access to the cellphone number of Vestibular Specialist Trevor Meyerowitz, PT on Weekends, holidays for vertigo emergencies.
