David Levkovich, PT, DPT, President, CEO
Dr. David Levkovich is a highly respected Doctor of Physical Therapy and the President & CEO of Florida Movement Therapy Centers (FLMTC) and President & CEO of Preferred Physical Therapy (PPT). With a strong background in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation, he is dedicated to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care that helps individuals regain function, restore mobility, and improve their overall quality of life.
Born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, Dr. Levkovich completed his undergraduate studies in Biology at Yeshiva University and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Columbia University, where he specialized in orthopedics and advanced rehabilitation. Fluent in English and French, he brings a global perspective to his practice and leadership.
As CEO and President, Dr. Levkovich has built and led multidisciplinary teams that integrate physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and wellness services into a comprehensive model of care. His vision emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and treating the root causes of dysfunction rather than only addressing symptoms.
Known for his compassionate bedside manner and results-driven approach, Dr. Levkovich is committed not only to patient care but also to advancing the profession of physical therapy.
